Where to sip and savor..
There's nothing like fresh air to enhance the aroma of summer wine and food. Most Parisians live in small apartments that don't have a yard or outdoor terrace. The official law in Paris is that drinking in public is strictly forbidden, but people will tell you that drinking in public is tolerated in general as long as order is maintained, and food is being consumed to go along with it. So pack a picnic, your corkscrew, some plastic glasses, your favorite bottle. Head out to one of these destinations for dégustation en plein air
