Dub, electro and rock'n'roll are the flavors of the next liFe liVe event with GG Project and FUMUJ playing at Glaz'Art April 6. Then its electro, rock and pop for an afternoon with liFe liVe‚ at La Maroquinerie, April 10.  Both events are for a young, sexy‚ twenty- to forty-something audience who wanna jive or network in the French music industry.

 liFe live is a Paris-based, non-profit organization that promotes and produces young artists. Julien Bassouls, the live wire behind the scenes, bent his ear to FUMUJ not much more than a year ago and, struck by their energy and spunk, co-produced their debut album "Montreuse Normalite‚" (recorded in Jarring Effects, Lyon and released by La Baleine). The Glaz'Art event will be the album's Paris launch. The three-piece outfit from Tours consists of Romain (drums), Fred (bass) and Julien (guitar) Sharing the stage will be GG Project, a dub-electro group from Rennes, Brittany. If you want a smoke-free environment on a respectable Sunday afternoon check out "un après midi avec liFe liVe." The music industry is all about networking and this is an excuse for old and new liFe liVe friends to get together, catch up, meet new people and listen to some bands on a Sunday afternoon then be home for dinner. In concert will be Ma'Largsen  (female-dominated rock/ reggae), Vegomatic (electro-surf), Sally Bat Des (pop rock) and guests. There's a kids' corner, a restaurant and terrace.

 "LiFe LiVe is currently hopping about from venue to venue" Julien tells Paris Voice.  "This is great and fun, but I'm working to have our own venue. It will be a huge, constant party with open doors to the artists."
