French actress Julie Delpy wrote, directed, and stars in her latest film, 2 Days in Paris, which chronicles a couple's romantic vacation to Europe. Jack (Adam Goldberg ) and Marion, (Julie Delpy) are a New York-based couple: Jack is an American interior designer and Marion is a French photographer. In an attempt to revitalize their relationship, they decide to take a trip to Europe, starting with Venice and continuing on to Paris, to meet Marion's parents (as well as a few of her ex-boyfriends).

A familiar story to most ex-pats living in France, introducing your French and American families is never easy. Marion's friendly relationships with her ex-boyfriends begins to drive Jack mad, and their vacation takes an interesting turn when Marion's overbearing parents try to communicate with Jack. A witty and insightful film, 2 Days in Paris will surely ring a few bells for those who've ever felt like the "awkward American" in a room full of Parisians.
